Congratulations! Now that you’re engaged, you and your fiancé are about to begin one of the most exciting – and hectic – times of your life. At Quintessence, we know that planning your wedding and your life together can be exhilarating, fun and challenging, but also overwhelming. No doubt, you’ve been asking yourself, “Where do I begin? What do I need to know? How do I find out?”

Over the years our staff at Quintessence have heard many of the same questions and we want to take this opportunity to help answer these important concerns:

How much will the wedding cost?
On our menus, we have created a price per person format. Take your budget and price it as you would if you were to visit a restaurant – it’s that simple.
What is included with your prices?
Our weddings include china, silverware, linens, skirting and bar disposables.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes, we offer complimentary tasting for the bride, fiancé and parents.
Do you help with the cake?
Slicing and serving the cake is included, however we do not make wedding cakes. We are happy to recommend some of the best wedding cake vendors.
I would like to have chair covers, how much are they?
If you are having a formal wedding with floor length tablecloths, we will provide chair covers at a cost from $4 each. Factors to consider are bows, fabrics, sashes, set-up, etc.
Should we have a buffet or sit-down meal?
There is a misconception that buffet meals always cost less than a meal served by wait staff. Buffet meals are great for your guests to get up and mingle. With sit-down service the bride and groom visit with guests at their tables.
